Ok Go – This Too Shall Pass
Remember those guys that snowboarded and danced on treadmills whilst juggling dogs and kittens? Well, they’ve come up with a brand new music video that makes their previous one looks like garbage. The kind of garbage that gets plenty of attention. Filled with brilliant machines catapulting cows across fields the music video shows what life is like on drugs. The bad kind, of course. Directed by James Frost and produced by Shirley Moyers, the brilliant video was performed in a warehouse with two floors and in the neighborhood of Echo Park. We simply cannot wait to see what the geniuses at OkGo have in store for us in the future.

As we mentioned before that are some people that get happy in the pants over typography. Vladimir Koncar is amongst that crowd. He has been using his spare time wisely and making typefaces with things like condoms, raw meat, gummy bears and toothpicks. The accuracy of each typeface is absolutely brilliant. Project after project, the alignment of each character is spot on. Wouldn’t it be great if we could get these as actual fonts? Oh the amount of hours that woule be spent making surreal posters. Do you work at an airport where loads of people wear jackets? Do you feel as if there isn’t enough of the green colour in your life? Are you finding it hard to place your jacket on racks because they’re not visually attractive? Well then, believe it or not, we’ve got the solution for your problems! A company known as Mom from Berlin, Germany have created what’s called a Die Garderobe Tempelhof. Loosely translated, that means The wardrobe Tempelhof. What’s that you ask? It’s a jackets rack with hangers in the shape of the legendary C-47 airplanes which have become more commonly referred to as the candy bombers. The product itself is made from the same material as the airplanes – Aluminium. It’s also a tribute to the Tempelhof airport in Berlin which closed earlier this year.

I’m sure we’ve all heard of Piano Cat but have you heard of The Piano Table? Made from the finest of wood available on the market this table has a secret compartment in which there’s a hidden keyboard. The keyboard is there for you to dazzle your friends and bring back the life to those parties where everyone leaves before midnight. Whenever the mood at the party is beginning to decline to its demise all you have to do is sweep all the alcohol off the table in a dramatic manner, stick that rose in your mouth and clap your hands twice raising the compartment and leaving your audience in awe. That situation doesn’t come to life at a cheap price; the table is priced at $6,000. Designed and developed by Georg Bohle, the plates are signed by Joost van Brug.
