Most of us can appreciate how serious an addiction design can become. However, only a minority of us can relate to the people who begin to drool at the sight of good typography. We understand how the snobs that love design classify typography as fake design. We can appreciate how some worship letters. The folks here can comprehend what it feels like to stroke a semi at the sight of a perfectly aligned poster that is making good use of Helvetica. To some that might just be a font, to others Helvetica is the reason to get out of bed. These people aren’t just typography enthusiasts, they’re typoholics. *Cue dramatic Spanish music*

Sheng Duo

Sheng Duo

When it comes to vectors there is simply no one better than Sheng Duo. Better known as shingudoo on the interweb, he has mastered the art of vectors. With artwork ranging from Michael Jackson to provocative ladies near the beach it’s not hard to see his chain of thoughts. According to his website he’s eighty-three years old. He began studying graphics design at the young age of nineteen. Apparently Photoshop existed in 1946. If Shingudoo really is eighty-three years of age and created Photoshop in 1946, not releasing it to the public and only using it for personal projects it’s not shocking to see such brilliant work because he would’ve had a long time to perfect it.
