Adidas Originals : Celebrate Originality
If you’re a regular reader here you must have heard of Jared Nickerson. We’ve featured his brilliant work on our site a couple of times. The king of illustration has teamed up with Adidas to work on a billboard celebrating originality. The project itself is a 20′x5′ billboard design. It was showcased on their display at the Project, Las Vegas Show 2010 this month. The stipulations were to use the traditional Adidas blue and for the design to include the phrase “Celebrate Originality”. Kid Cudi hasn’t always been the one to impress people with videos, well that is, until today. The music video titled “Pursuit of Happiness” features Cudi waking up in a swiveling couch in a surreal house party pursuing happiness. Usually, whenever there’s a good music video the music itself is dull. This certainly isn’t the case with this song. The song features geniuses such as MGMT and RATATAT. The song is a single from the album Man on the Moon: The End of Day. If you like the song we highly reccommend considering a purchase of the album.
